1.)
These terms and conditions and the web-based booking form constitute the entire Agreement concerning the provision of Private Hire service (“Service”) between you - the customer, and Patrick Egwu Transportation. Completion of the booking and use of the Service indicates your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

By proceeding with this booking, you - the customer, accept to enter into a contractual obligation with Patrick Egwu Transportation for the duration and rendering of this booking only, and any other issue connected solely to this booking.
3.)
We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.
4.)
We do not provide refunds for bookings cancelled less than 24hrs in advance of the scheduled booking time unless it is the fault of Patrick Egwu Transportation.

For UK residents, we provide credit for future journeys instead of refunds unless the cancellation is due to the fault of Patrick Egwu Transportation.
5.)
Patrick Egwu Transportation partners with other competent and reliable suppliers. When demands are high, or we are faced with driver shortage. The service which you have booked with us may be provided by one of our partner organisations to the exact specifications of your booking
6.)
When demands are high, Patrick Egwu Transportation may charge approximately 50% more for bookings made at short notice (less than 24hrs). Our ability to confirm short-notice bookings is subject to driver availability. Of course, once the booking is confirmed, we will absolutely deliver the service.
7.)
If picking up at the airport, please wait for the customer/driver either by Costa Coffee or Boots in the Arrivals Hall on the terminal. At London City Airport, our meeting point is by the WHSmith.
8.)
Whilst picking up clients at the airport, we give the customer 45 minutes free waiting time calculated from the moment that the plane lands and according to the landing time provided by the airport in question. Alternatively, the 45 minutes free waiting time is also calculated from the specific time that the client has requested for the driver to arrive (such as when the customer requests for a "Delayed Pickup"). After 45 minutes, we charge £5.36 for every 15 minutes thereafter. Picking up from non airport locations, we give the first 15 minutes free, then charge £5.35 every 15 minutes thereafter.
9.)
Regarding pickup times for journeys to the airport, the customer is liable for settling on a particular pickup time, making sure that there is ample time for their journey. Patrick Egwu Transportation will not accept responsibility for arranging the pickup time for an airport transfer. Patrick Egwu Transportation personnel can advise on a time to be picked up, but ultimately, agreeing to any time is the customer's responsibility.

Regarding child-seats, although we supply child-seats, the client is responsible for being satisfied with the condition of the child-seat provided and installing the seat securely themselves. Patrick Egwu Transportation will not accept liability for any issues with child-seats.
